Course curriculum - overview
Module 1: What does the future look like if nothing changes?
Explore why we need a mindful and regenerative approach to the challenges of our time. Discover how mindfulness, compassion, and mindful photography can help us see, be, and act differently - grounding hope and agency in awareness and action.Module 2: What does a caring and connected future look like?
Reconnect with care as a foundation for regeneration. Through the Look Again framework and Ways of Seeing, explore rhythms of life, biophilia, and the Inner Development Guide to nurture empathy, interconnection, and shared responsibility for our world.Module 3: What does seeing for future generations look like?
Expand your perspective beyond the present moment to imagine thriving futures for people and planet. Reflect on flourishing, inclusivity, and regeneration - drawing inspiration from Indigenous wisdom, nature, and creative imagination as tools for visioning change.Module 4: Creating hopeful future stories
Translate imagination into action. Get inspired by frameworks such as Theory U, Ikigai, and permaculture to shape meaningful, regenerative pathways. Use mindful photography and storytelling to bring your hopeful future into focus and visual form.Module 5: Practical applications and good practice
Integrate mindfulness-based facilitation, practical tools, and ethical approaches to create your own regenerative offerings. Explore how to take mindful, compassionate action and cultivate your personal “Tree of Hope” as you bring Creating Hopeful Futures into the world.
